SAIC-GM-Wuling is expected to increase its investment in Indonesia as the Sino-US joint venture revs up efforts to explore the global market.The announcement came as the Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region-based joint venture inked a memorandum on Saturday with the Indonesian government on developing the new energy vehicle sector in the country.

Companies listed on China's "new third board," a financing platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, reported stable performance last year. A total of 6,187 companies on the board have published their annual reports, accounting for about 95 percent of the total listed companies, according to the board officially called the National Equities Exchange and Quotations. They registered combined revenues of 1.49 trillion yuan ($215.59 billion) in 2022, and their net profits totaled 52.77 billion yuan.

China's courier sector saw its delivery volume exceed 40 billion parcels this year on Thursday, according to the State Post Bureau. The country's courier companies hit the 40-billion-parcel mark 24 days earlier than last year, the bureau said.It has sent a positive signal that the country's consumer confidence is increasing and the economy is continuing to improve, said Lin Hu, an official with the bureau.
