Budweiser Brewing Co APAC Ltd, the Hong Kong-listed brewer, will keep expanding its manufacturing facilities and adopting more green energy to maintain robust growth during the country's 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25) period, a senior executive said.

China's smartphone shipments dropped 4 percent year-on-year to 80.10 million in the third quarter, as a components shortage brought uncertainties to the market and replacement cycles of smartphones were extended, according to a report on Monday.

Nine imported COVID-19 cases were reported in the city on Sunday, said the Shanghai Health Commission on Monday morning. There were no new locally transmitted cases.The first patient is a Chinese working in Nigeria who arrived at the Pudong International Airport on October 24.

The Chinese mainland on Sunday reported 59 new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases, the National Health Commission said in its daily report on Monday. Of the new local cases, 27 were reported in Heilongjiang, 10 in Gansu, nine in Hebei, six in Inner Mongolia, three in Ningxia, and one each in Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Shandong and Qinghai, the commission said.

China's international goods and services trade surplus stood at 295.9 billion yuan ($46 billion) in September, official data shows. The country's trade income amounted to approximately 2.1 trillion yuan, and expenditure stood at about 1.8 trillion yuan, according to data released by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.

Indonesia's coffee, Thailand's latex pillow and other products from over 1,500 global companies have attracted swarms of visitors to the online China-ASEAN Expo running uninterrupted. The online expo was launched last year, and to date, its website has recorded 

over 22.7 million visits.
