With the implementation of China's One Belt One Road policy, the cooperation in economic and trade fields between China and the Belt and Road countries, especially with the Russian-speaking countries continues to grow. To further promote the international trade and multilateral cooperation, EAcham organized the 2021 Zhejiang Huzhou Export Online Fair (Russia Station - Consumer Goods & Home Furnishings Session) on August 16th - 20th, 2021 with the joint effort with Huzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau and Huzhou Tourism Investment & Commercial Exhibition Co., Ltd.

This 5-day online trade fair has gathered about 50 high-quality suppliers from Huzhou city and more than 40 international buyers from Russian-speaking countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Mongolia and Kazakhstan, etc. The event successfully concluded on August 20^th and has conducted more than 180 business matching meetings in total. Through one-on-one discussion, buyers and suppliers talked in details and explored potential business cooperation with each other on mainly consumer goods and home furnishings products, including furniture, wooden floor, bamboo & wooden products, home textile, fabric, etc. 

With an aim to assist overseas buyers with efficient purchasing and to promote foreign trade for Chinese enterprises, this online trade fair has brought productive outcome and won popular recognition from both buyers and sellers. As a global chamber of commerce, EAcham will continue to endeavour to promote business cooperation between China and the rest of the world especially during the pandemic period.
