The Chinese mainland on Monday reported one new locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 case in Henan Province, the National Health Commission said in its daily report on Tuesday. Also reported were 34 new imported cases, including nine in Shanghai, eight in Guangdong, seven in Zhejiang, four in Yunnan, two each in Fujian and Sichuan, and one each in Tianjin and Shaanxi.

Northeast China's Liaoning province reported a 13.6-percent increase in the foreign trade of goods in the first seven months of 2021, according to customs data. From January to July, Liaoning's foreign trade of goods reached 439.01 billion yuan ($67.74 billion), up 13.6 percent year-on-year, according to Shenyang Customs.
