On the afternoon of 5 July, Vision Mongolia Online Conference & Promotion, hosted by Consulate of Mongolia in Shanghai, was held successfully at Meeting Hall, Suite 609B of United Office Platform of Global Chambers (well known as GCP). Both Mrs. Nyamjav, Consul-General of Mongolia in Shanghai and Mrs Gao Ying, CEO of GCP made brilliant live speech. Mr. TBadral, Ambassador of Mongolia in People’s Republic of China and Mr. Fu Jihong, Deputy Director General of Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government presented welcoming speech in the form of the recorded video. Mr. Li Weixin, Head of China International Import Expo Bureau Exhibition Office, Mr. Lu Yong, President of Shanghai Xihongqiao Commerce Development Corp. and almost forty Chinese Entrepreneurs come to the venue to attend the conference. Mrs. Zhu Yi, Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and member of the leading Party members group of the Commission, Mrs. Pan Huimin, Director of Shanghai Qingpu District Commerce Commission and officials from Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and Foreign Affairs Office of Zhejiang Provincial Government participated in the conference online. Besides, eighty diplomats from Consulate of Russia, Israel and Kuwait and so on in Shanghai and some Chinese entrepreneurs and overseas buyers who invited by GCP took part in the conference online too. Mr. T Duuren, Chief Executive Officer of Mongolia National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) addressed online too. Deputy Shanghai representative of MNCCI outlined online to all attendees the general situation of economy and trade of Mongolian and introduced unique Mongolia products such as Cashmere, Vodka and carpet. Meanwhile there was also a beautiful video of tourism scenery recorded by ihotel, first online booking platform of Mongolian tourism industry broadcast at Conference.

Mongolia is a friend neighbor of China and it established diplomatic relationship with New China on the third day of the founding of the People's Republic of China. This year is a meaningful 72^nd anniversary of diplomatic relations established between China and Mongolia. It coincides with centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, meanwhile it is also centennial anniversary of the founding of Mongolian People's Party., ruling party of Mongolia.  As her honor consul general mentioned in her speech that I would like to specify 2021 as a special year of centenary of our two countries. In 2020, Mongolia donated 30,000 sheep to China for supporting Chinese fight against Pandemics. At present, either government sectors and enterprises of both countries are working hand in hand to promote bilateral relationship on trade and economy through various way of online and offline when both sides are fighting unceasingly against COVID-19.

It initiated a good beginning to activate trade activities between China and Mongolia in the post Pandemics that Consulate of Mongolia in Shanghai held on such a conference at this special moment.

Conference has been highly praised by attendees. Both Chinese enterprises and officials of Xihongqiao Commerce Development Corp. expressed their willingness to further contact with Mongolian counter party on the import trade of cashmere and liquor products. The Consul General of Consulate of Mongolia in Shanghai is also very satisfied with the success of the meeting. After the meeting, she proposed pleasantly her colleagues from Consulate of Mongolia in Shanghai to take a group photo together with staffs of GCP.

Vision Mongolia Conference & Promotion is jointly organized by both Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and industry (MNCCI) and GCP, an official partner of the conference specified by Consulate of Mongolian in Shanghai. MNCCI is the first residents of overseas chamber of state-level, which participated as well in the construction of the platform. MNCCI has obtained the letter of consent issued by Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanghai to set up Shanghai Representative Office of MNCCI. Office will have certificate of registration after MNCCI complete notarization and consul authentication. GCP undertook implement works of conference such as video equipment, venue facilities as well translation of speech of both MC and important onsite speakers.
