China's transport industry is returning to normalcy after experiencing some fluctuations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic over the past three quarters, said Wu Chungeng, spokesperson for the Ministry of Transport.

The import and export of trade in services in South China's Hainan province reached 2.49 billion yuan ($372 million) in September, up 31.43 percent year-on-year, said the provincial commerce department. It was also a 137.65-percent growth month-on-month compared with August, the department said.
