Fresh graduates from six top universities who meet the basic application requirements can secure a Shanghai hukou, or household registration, an increase from the previous two, according to the city's latest household registration regulations, China Youth Daily reported Wednesday.


The Greater Bay Area China-French Innovation and Technology Forum was held at the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC) on September 23rd.The forum provided tech companies with a platform to connect with investors, lawyers and consultants so that they could improve their knowledge about the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and seizes opportunities.

The top legislature of Hebei province approved an ordinance on Thursday to enhance the development of the China (Hebei) Pilot Free Trade Zone, which was established last year. Taking effect on Nov 1, the ordinance aims to create a market-oriented and law-based business environment to attract export-oriented enterprises, innovative companies and foreign investors, said An Jing, deputy head of Hebei Department of Commerce.

China's automobile imports and exports continued to rebound in August by gaining 9.2 percent month on month, according to data provided by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.Last month, the import and export volume totaled US$13.48 billion, up 4.1 percent year on year, said the CAAM, citing customs data.
